I GOT OVER MYSELF!

We ALL have our reasons to feel uncomfortable with our selves and starting this business....... I DID ALSO.... But I came to a point that I knew this opportunity would come and go and leave my sorry butt behind if I didn't stop letting my fears of what others thought of me get in the way of who i was ready to release and to be able to go out and change lives! Are you living the life you want? Are the people you want to bless with this business worth getting over yourself? if so then DO IT....This is about you! Not your mom.... YOU!

I STOPPED MAKING EXCUSES!
I was working 3 jobs and school!....... you want to talk about excuses. Take a girl who suffered from Epstein Bar (AKA severe tiredness) Yes i had zero day light to work my business but i had millions of users on FB to market to on off hours. I had 6 lunch hours a week! I chose midnight blitzing anywhere that was open! Walmart, night clubs, gas stations, sticking blitz cards on doors....ect. This was the little time I had!
We have the same 24 hours in a day no reason to waste time making excuses!
We all have been given this path to find our freedom! Only so many will make it. Most of the time those who make it are the ones who found a way around the excuse, problem or obstacle and chose to continue the path! but sadly many will let those things distract them and take them off the path!
Stay on your path those negative things attacking you and your business are not gods plan for your future they are there to challenge or want and belief in this business! But god has people your meant to help through this business!

I PRACTICED WHAT I PREACHED!
The second you sign a distributor into this business you are now a leader! lead by example!
You want your team blitzing, your team better know when your blitzing see pictures of you blitzing. They need to know what success looks like!
You want your team face booking more? you better be giving them great FB post ideas......
You want your team following up with customers? You better let your team know what those customers said when you called them.......
You cant lead by your mouth, lead by your hands and get deep down with your team and WORK IT! Every month is like a reset on our business we all start at zero and build our team, volumes and businesses up. No matter if you are a distributor or a black diamond get down and do what your team is doing....... your rank is not your excuse to stop working!

I GOT PLUGGED IN!
You all know my story 4-5 months doing this business and it hit me...... I SUCK!! WHAT WAS I THINKING?? I couldn't even sell girl scout cookies as a kid? No way i can lead a team and sell anything!
The truth was it wasn't that i sucked is what that I didn't understand and I didn't have the will and motivation to get through those kind of thoughts! I spent 3 days at FREEDOM conference 2012 and 3 months later earned two G.O.O.D bonuses and got not just me to level diamond but my husband the same month..........
It wasn't that I SUCKED. It was that i didn't understand! I didn't have the knowledge from the people I could connect with and understand this business from there point of view. I knew what i knew..... and looking back I was missing out on growing! we only know so much! Getting plugged into the opportunity calls the events and the trainings from thousands of leaders, distributors and just listening and learning has been what has helped me have the most exponential growth!
Dont limit your self to only your sponsor! If you limit your self or your team to only you or only your sponsor....... your success is as much as their success! and if they are not in the business of learning constantly your cutting your ability in half! and if what excites them and what they teach is not what your looking to learn.... your cutting your self short!
Get to every event and training you can, read books and be on the calls! Get plugged in!

I HELPED MY TEAM LEAD!
Never hoist your self to a certain level just because you are a certain rank! Never at any point should one person be leading alone! from the moment I signed my first dt i was putting on my own trainings with my dts! When you see strengths in your team USE THEM! Let some ones strengths inspire others! When the team works the dream works.Constantly be on the lookout for what your distributors strengths are and have them use them at their trainings, or have them teach others on the team! Like I said above you don't need a rank to be a leader. Let your team feel needed and essential to you and the rest of the teams success! When your team feels involved and excited they stay in the business and they WANT to keep going!
On the other hand when some one feels like just a seat in the back row of your training...... as soon as they hit a rough patch they will cave and quit. Everyone who joins this business has a piece in the puzzle! Find what their strengths are and get them involved, no matter their rank treat them like a leader!

ONE STEP AT A TIME!
Too keep it simple keep your eye on what your doing today for your business not what your doing.... this weekend, next week or 3 months down the road! live in the moment of your business of TODAY! do something everyday for your business!____________________________________________________________________
Dont stop believing in your self and the future you CAN have! Don't give up you will get there!
